What is your return policy?
Please leave tags on and contact us within 7 days of your items being delivered for a refund. After 7 days, we can only exchange the item(s) for something else or store credit. After 30 days, the exchange window will close.
Pre-order items are non-returnable.
When will my item ship?
Everything leaves our shop within 5 days and should be in your hands within 10 days.
Please pay for expedited shipping if you need it sooner. Expedited will ship the next business day and arrive in 1-3 business days.
During the holidays, we will speed up this process and give active shipping cut-off dates to ensure holiday delivery.
Where does my item ship from?
Everything ships right from our shop in Lakeside, Montana.
